These terms govern your use of Harnoria: When Dragons Rise (the "Game"), provided by MESST TARIMCILIK HAYVANCILIK İNŞAAT SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Messt Games", "we"). By downloading or playing the Game you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Age and account

• You must be at least 13 years old to play; if you are under 18 you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
• You are responsible for your account's security. If you do not link an email or Google account, your progress may be lost with your device.
• Accounts are personal and may not be sold, rented or transferred.

2. Virtual items and in-game currency

• Gems, Harnor (Real and Bonus), items, heroes, chests and all other in-game content ("Virtual Items") are granted to you only as a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use within the Game; we retain ownership.
• Virtual Items have no monetary value outside the Game and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services or sold outside the Game. Player-to-player exchanges offered by the Game (e.g. the Bonus Market) may only be used within the Game and its rules.
• We may change the properties, prices and quantities of Virtual Items to keep the Game balanced.

3. Purchases

• Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and are subject to that store's terms.
• Because digital content is delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. Refund requests are handled through the store's own process.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your store settings.
• We may revoke Virtual Items obtained through fraud or abusive refunds.

4. Conduct

The following are prohibited:

• Cheats, bots, macros, modified clients, exploiting bugs or attempting to deceive the servers.
• Using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage (especially in prize kingdoms).
• Buying or selling accounts, Virtual Items or game services.
• Insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, fraud and sharing personal information.
• Inappropriate player or guild names.

We may warn, remove gains from, exclude from rewards, or temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Prize kingdoms

Real-money prize kingdoms are also subject to their own Competition Rules. Entry is free; purchases and watching ads do not improve your chances of winning. Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and are in no way involved with, these competitions.

6. User content

You remain responsible for the names, messages and guild content you write. You grant us the right to display, store and, where necessary, remove this content to operate the Game.

7. Changes and termination of the service

We may update the Game, add or remove features, close kingdoms or end the Game with reasonable notice. The Game may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. You can delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from interruptions, data loss or loss of Virtual Items. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will announce significant changes in the Game. Questions: support@harnoria.com
