🗑️ Delete Account
How to delete your Harnoria account and data, what is deleted and how long it takes.
In the game (recommended)
- Open Settings (⚙️) ▸ Account (top right) in the game.
- Tap Delete my account at the bottom.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation box and confirm.
Your account is permanently deleted after 7 days. During that time you can change your mind with Cancel deletion on the same screen.
If you cannot open the game
Email support@harnoria.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". Include your in-game name and kingdom. After verifying that the account is yours, we delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in details (email, password hash, Google link) and device binding.
- Your cities, army, heroes, items, gems and Harnor balance in every kingdom.
- Your messages, guild chat posts, push tokens, invite and subscription records and security logs.
- You are removed from your guilds; if you lead one, leadership passes to the member with the most contribution.
What may remain
- Your in-game name may still appear in battle reports stored in other players' mailboxes.
- Records we must keep by law (e.g. purchase documents held by the app stores) are kept for the required period.
Purchases are not refunded for deleted accounts.
If you have a subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscription payments are handled by Google Play or the App Store and continue until you cancel. Cancel it before deleting your account:
- Android: Google Play ▸ Profile ▸ Payments & subscriptions ▸ Subscriptions ▸ Harnoria ▸ Cancel subscription.
- iPhone: Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions ▸ Harnoria ▸ Cancel Subscription.
The in-game deletion screen warns you if you have an active subscription and opens this page with a "Manage subscription" button.
